ifit makes a difference
I used this machine for about 2 months before I bought my first ifit card. I'm in pretty good shape so I bought the level 3 power walking chip and it's a workout. Normally I run at a low incline so I was surprised how intense WALKING uphill was. The motor is quiet and the treadmill is easy to use. I can fold it up by myself as well and I'm a small lady.

my second Nordic Track treadmill
I have a bigger Nordic Track at home but I wanted to put one in my office as well and this one works great! It's not quite as fancy as my home machine but it's built well.

Well made, reliable and a solid performer. Belt is showing alot of wear though after 4 months of use. Over all very happy with purchase and equipment.

the width and length of the machine are perfect. was looking for a basic treadmill and this one even has some extras like the mp3 sound system!...great addition! and also tells your trip and total milage at the end of a workout. love the one button speed and incline feature.

It's more than I expected!
The assembly for this treadmill went smooth except for the fact that my husband does not believe in using the companys manual which provides step by step directions for assembly, which I stood over him holding the manual as if it where the bible. The manual left out the steps to tighten the bolts or screws, but no fear my husband instinctively knew when to tighten them, fortunataly I have my husband. The treadmill after assembly runs true to discription. I do wish that I would have been told at the store that I need a surge protection plug for the treadmill, also NOT in the manual is the maintance plan for the treadmill. I have no idea what I need to do for up keep on this treadmill. I give this treadmill a 4 star rating for this lack of information and I also would have preferred to have the control panel that the A2350 has on this frame, I liked the display on that model better. I look forward to writting a follow up review for this treadmill. I am very excited to see the differences in my body that I will make using this treadmill.

Does the job
I have had this treadmill now for about two months; the assembly was difficult due to the weight of the base. Basically this treadmill works for me, as I like to jog at about 5 mph, and raise the incline to increase workout. So far it is quite reliable for the workout that I want to do. One criticism I have is that with all the electronics on board, why don't they have a weight input, so that calories burned would be more accurate? Another irritant is that the heartrate monitors do not work properly unless you slow down the belt and step off. Polar monitor compatibility would have been another no brainer!

work great with a few glitches
I love the treadmill itself..there are a few bugs with pieces of it though. The fan doesn't turn very well and makes a tterrible noise and the 1-10 on the right for quick change of speed..the 2 and 3 don't work. Everything else is greeat, though.

My husband and I purchased this particular treadmill as we set up an exercise room in what used to be a spare bedroom. It fits nicely. We didn't like the fact it sat on our front porch all day blocking the front door, but we saved money by not having it taken upstairs and assembled. The machine works great. It is not too loud, the controls are easy to use and I love listening to my iPod music when I work out. The intro iFit card that came with it is a great workout, I am going to order additonal ones to keep in shape.

Ok, but susceptible to static electricity
The T7si is a all-around good treadmill, the only real negative I have about it is the pulse bars could use better electrical design. My wife was using the treadmill and felt a static shock from her hand to the metal pulse bar and it completely fried the display unit. Thankfully the treadmill was still under warranty and they had it sent out after a couple of weeks.

This treadmill is all you need. Perfect size, and quality. Exactly what I was looking for. The ipod hook up is also very handy, wish the speakers went up a little louder, but besides that it is a great product and I recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I really like this machine.
As members of health clubs over the years my wife and I have used many treadmills. This is a good, solid, versatile home unit with a range of performance equal to your personal fitness growth.Assembly was a chore and the electrical wire from the base to the console was too short making it difficult to connect with the console wire at the cannon plug.Constantly have to adjust the belt to keep it centered..minor thing. The fan is noisy..Mp3 system does a great job. Custom work out feature is appreciated and the ability to adjust the incline is a plus. The unit is used 5 days a week at an average of 20-30 miles. We've had the unit for 4 months we'll see how it holds up over the long haul.

An excellent machine
Pro's: I use treadmills a lot when travelling on business. This one is as robust as the one's in hotels. The extra's like the cooling fan and iPod connection make it easier to stay on a little longer...Con's: The on/off button is hard to get to. I would prefer it to be on the console.

I bought this treadmill in Dec. of 2008. I love it! I really like the preset workouts, that's what I usually use. I use it for walking on a couple times a week and my kids get on it now and again. It's pretty quiet. The cushioned walking surface is a feature I was looking for, bec. when I walk on cement my feet start to hurt.It really does help. The fan and music port are nice extras to have.Very happy w/ it.

Overall, good so far
I've had the treadmill for about four months now. It was easy to put together, and it's pretty easy to move if you need to move it. I do agree with the other reviewer about the static electricity. If you run on it and then tough the pulse bar, you get a little shock. However, I don't know what could really be done about that. Speaking of the pulse bar, it doesn't give accurate readings. Also, follow the directions and don't take the protective film off of the control panel unless it is off. Otherwise, you get all this static interference. As for the performance, I can't complain, it has been fine. I think the speakers could be a bit more powerful, too especially for running.

This is a great treadmill for under $1000. It runs smoothly and easily. I have noticed some strange smells coming from it, like it's hot but that is the only issue so far. I have been using it for about 4 months. I would recommend it to anyone.

I love the treadmill and my son does also. He runs on it every other day. Has lost 15 lbs. and is going to run a marathon. He has so much more energy after working all day. It is super great.I just need to use it a little more myself!

good for a jog not for a walk
This treadmill was everything I wanted at an affordable price. Runs smoothly above 3.0 (20:00 mile). The band stalls upon each rotation when you go under 3.0. 3.0 is a about the speed that a normal person walks so most people should not experience a problem.

Just what I had in mind :)
This T7 is just what I had in mind while shopping. I searched and studied different tread mills before making this selection. This tread mill is the perfect fit. Not to mention it looks nice. I like the option to make my own work out use the automatic ones or just walk at a steady pace. The push buttons on each side makes it easy to select a preference. When increasing the incline it s very smooth with no worries of falling or burning the machine up. I like the ability to fold the tread mill and the wheels make easy mobility. It can also hold the weight it says & I can invite others to try it out with no worries. I work out and then a few others back to back sometimes and have had no malfunctions. Also with the 3 year in home extended maintenance I have no worries; if something goes wrong someone will come to my home and fix it. I would recommend this to any one that wants to work out at home away from all the elements even with a busy schedule. I do not have time to go to the gym but now I can jump on my T7 and 30 minutes later done and on to work or the next task before the end of my day :)

Very nice treadmill
Heavy equipment, easy to assemble, low fan speed is very low, came with small tear in belt at seam ahd hard time reaching customer service, but did get new belt no cost to me.

This is the one for me :)
I needed an exercise machine and routine to get me moving after having let my health go for at least 15 years of bad food, smoking and no exercise at all. A recent trip to the hospital changed my view quickly. I am now (smoke free) and working out every other day at a quick pace walk 2.8 or 2.9 and have moved up to a 50 minute workout starting at 5 % incline and working up to 8.5 and then cooling down at 6.5. (I worked my way up from 30 minute workouts at 5% max) I have been using the machine since July and have not had any problems so far. Receipt and Assembly is not suggested without a friend. The package itself is very heavy and cumbersome. Assembly is easy but difficult without someone helping you. The only issue I had was a small crack in the display monitor. Find a place in your home for it. It is not something you want to move every day.

I'm pleased with the T7
I am generally pleased with my T7si. I haven't experienced any problems with it and I have used it extensively over the first three months.I would have liked more programmed options for walking. Also, it would be better if there were hour long (and 45 minute long) options instead of just 30 minutes. In fact, how about making the shorter ones more intense and the longer ones less so?

My son and I put this together in one hour. This might sound like a long time but the family was together for Easter and the kids were running around asking for Dad and Grand Dads attention. The directions were simple and easy to follow. Appears to be a strong and well thought out quality machine. Looking forward to a long relationship together.

This is a really good piece of equipment. I really like the personal trainer workouts. It runs quiet & fan works well. Great display. The only complaint is that I wish the MP3 speakers were louder. I would recommend this treadmill to anyone looking to purchase one.

My first treadmill and i love it!!!
This is my first treadmill and I love it. I like the ifit card and the option of plugging in your iPod and listening to your favorite music. It is everything I hoped for in a treadmill and more. I can t wait for the next day so I can use my NordicTrack. If you re thinking about getting this treadmill don t waste any more time thinking about it just go and purchase it your be Happy you Did.

This is the first treadmill I've owned or used. I did a lot of research before I made the purchase. Didn't want to spend a whole lot, but wanted something that would keep me happy for a long time. This is perfect. Took a little to set up, but that's because I did it by myself. I'm 6', 180 with very long legs and this treadmill is more than long enough for me. The workout options included with this keep you from getting bored. Haven't set up a custom workout yet. Highly recommend this treadmill.Pro's - Plenty of options, quality of product, pricing($971 delivered to house), ease of movement of treadmill from one location to anotherOnly con - fan is weak and has unadjustable airflow. No big deal, but I wanted to put down at least one con.

Just what we wanted
We purchased this treadmill through NordicTrack approx. one (1) month ago and love it. As other reviewers have noted, the heart rate/pulse is not accurate (at all). But, other than that everything is great. My husband is a big guy 6'3" and over 250 lbs and this machine supports him solidly. We've been using it everyday and have had no issues. My husband assembled in approx. 2 hours but did need help transporting from the garage. Would opt for the "in home delivery" if you don't have a couple big guys to carry.

We were looking for a more modern treadmill after our 12+ year old one. After looking at and trying several ones we bought the T7 and we did not regret it at all. Everything works great and it is very easy to change the speed, incline, etc... My husband loves the fan on it, uses it all the time. The only thing I do not like on it is that there is no handle when we fold it up or down, so we have to hold the treadmill at the belt, which slides when we do that. Also, there is some oil leaking on the bottom and gets on the belt in two spots (we do not step in it though). Other than that, it is great!

Perfect for me
I have had the T7 for a couple of weeks and I love it. I bought it primarily because I need to lose a few pounds and my work schedule is crazy so going to a gym doesn't really fit my life style. I am doing the pre-programed workouts and let me tell you.. if you think they are just some lame workouts you have another thing coming.. What I like most is that for either the pre-programs or the ifit programs the machine inclines, declines, and changes your speed automatically which is really cool. I also want to learn to run so this has proved to be a great tool in helping reach that goal because you can adjust the cushion from soft to firmer. What I would change would be the placement of the fan. I am tall so the air doesn't really hit me where I need it but is a nice add nonetheless. The ability to plug my MP3 player in is also a great bonus.. no more wires from headphones getting in my way. It is just great for the price. Certainly fits my needs and has met my expectations.

Great for my lifestyle!
This was a very nice investment for my lifestyle. I live a quiet life and prefer to do exercise in privacy. I use this along side my weight bench and it's the best thing I could of asked for in affordable and effective home fitness.
It runs great, and recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy and effective piece of home fitness equipment.
The speed and height adjustments are fantastic. Want a slow but steep climb? No problem. How about a flat and fast sprint? All available. Change up any setting to achieve any goal.
My only challenge to move it is the cable that runs up the right support post to the console. It does not seem to want to detach itself once you clamp it. Thus making it a bit tricky to remove the console from the main frame if you need to move it in pieces.
Other then that, a great investment for a powerful machine.

I love my treadmill
My 9 yr old and I put this together in about 2 hrs. I have had this for only about 2 wks so far and have used it every other day so far for running. my boyfriend has yet to try it and that will be the true test of the stability of it (he's 6ft 260lbs). Its my first treadmill and I hope it last quite a while and holds up. I havent used the ifit feature but looking forward to it. The fan is fairly decent and so are the speakers, however with the fan going and running at a decent speed I need to turn the mp3 player speakers up pretty loud. Its ok though. Overall I am very happy. Oh yea, I did not like the shipping company...took forever and the delivery drivers dropped it off the truck. Fortunately it was packed well.

Great price - good machine
For the price, it's a good machine. Bought on Valentines day. Lots of programs to choose from. Delivered & assemble by 2 professional guys in an hour. On the console, it would have been nice to see a track. The middle display has duplicating data [speed, distance, etc] which is shown on the left/right display. Thus there is room to display a track. The pulse monitor jumps around from 91 to 115 to 87 to 153 within 5 secs apart. No intake of your weight or age. Average treadmill for someone not looking for details.

A good, solid home treadmill.
We received our treadmill a couple of months ago. My wife and I have used it a lot, since we had a very cold and snowy winter making it unsafe to walk outside. It has worked flawlessly in the many miles that we have put on it. The free shipping was a great benefit, also! Assembly was not too bad - I did it by myself in about 90 minutes.

The best treadmill at the best price!
This treadmill has been the best purchase I've made in a long time. It has great features and is reliable. Favorites include the fan, the auto incline, and auto workouts, and the ifit chip. Can't really do any better for the money.

quality at a good price!
I was very surprised at the quality of this treadmill for the money. it's almost as good as the one I was using at the gym.One thing I wouldn't recommend, however, is trying to assemble it without help. It's definitely a two man job! :)

If I had more money I would have taken the Elite 7500 but this still has pretty good pep. I can run on this machine and it handles me pretty good. I'm 6'3 and 210 lbs. and I haven't had any trouble. I saw it at the store and decided to buy it online. I wasn't crazy about the shipping company but it arrived on time and in good shape. So far I have used the built in programs so I'm not going to buy ifit cards yet. I can tell a big difference with the cushioning set to soft. I wish it could be adjusted from the console but I'm sure that would raise the price a lot and isn't really necessary.

More than expected
This treadmill is way more than I expected. It has a wide range of already on board workouts and fits each of us. With all in different stages of fittness. It handles my slow walks and my sons full out run. Love this machine. Price was really good.

Great treadmill so far!
I purchased this treadmill after my 8 year old ProForm treadmill stopped working (motor went out). I focused my search on treadmills w/a lifetime warranty on the motor, which lead me to Nordic Track. I have had the treadmill for about a month now and am thrilled with it. The original box was missing the hardware kit and key, so I had to wait a bit to use it but customer service sent the parts at no cost. The belt is so smooth and I love the adgustable cushion on the belt. It is also much quieter than my old treadmill, and I love the fan! I also like the center display with all the info at one glance. Very happy with my purchase :).

Makes Workout Fun!
I purchased my NordicTrack T7si used, but I am happy to say it is everything I wanted in a treadmill. I am not an avid runner, so I can't speak to how well it holds up to intense running; I'm just an average, middle aged woman looking to lose weight. It was already 2 yrs old when I purchased it but it had the extended warranty and when I had it serviced the tech said it was in excellent condition and should last me for years. I like the longer track for power walking, I never run out of track. While it offers iFit technology, the built-in workouts are really all I need and it allows you to custom design 3 of your own workouts [you can change them whenever you want and re-save for use]. An added bonus is the iFit workout cards which offer additional levels of workouts, but you must purchase these separately [they run from $10 - $30 each]I have three of the Jillian Michaels Level 1 cards. The water bottle holders are high backed to keep your bottles from bouncing around. It has built in speakers to play the iFit card workouts or listen to music through your iphone or MP3, good quality. The fan is a plus, the speed settings are high, low and variable to the workout, now that I have a fan I wouldn't settle for one without. The deck cushion is adjustable for whatever rating you like to walk or run on. I like that the treadmill does all the adjustments for me in the built in or iFit workouts or you can adjust the speed / incline manually. You can also override the workouts as needed. Excellent product!
