X11i Trainer delivers! not so much the android console.
Solidly built, fit and finish is excellent as well. The console it's an aesthetically beautiful piece of technology, but I'm concerned with the choice of using android instead of iOS. I have experienced several bugs with it and hope to see firmware updates soon. Otherwise the incline trainer is a great buy for what it's supposed to do, give you a work out that'll make you want to cry and loose those pounds! Great job NordicTrack!
P.S. it would have been 5 stars if console was iOS or a solid android version.

Cant wait to finally get mine!
Wow, this will be one kick-butt treadmill. All the features I want, commercial grade mechanicals, and wifi-enabled tablet.
Placed my order in March, hope to get it any day now...

I like it, I don't love it! The tablet is not what I expected. It is a 10" web browser, but come on iFIT.com, make a version compatible for the tablet it appears on. (not a true tablet as one would think) The treadmill is insane, inclines to 40% what a workout. A little disappointed in quality, my left side handle arm is loose already (had it a little over a month). In house white glove service was nice. Not sure iFIT is worth the membership costs. Overall I would give the treadmill a B+ to a A-. I have worked out on average 5 days a week since the first week of January and have to say it is a great work out. I just wish the interface was a little more user friendly. I have recommended the machine to my neighbor.

This trainer is wonderful. It offers great technology, a comfortable workout surface, great options....exceeded our expectations.

Tough to beat.
The incline trainers by nordictrack are absolutely stunning. If you're a serious runner and want to be wow'd, get the x11i. It's very impressive.

Got the trainer over a month ago, I wanted to give it some time before reviewing it… The first few weeks were intermittent down and up, basically if I was connected to the internet the Incline trainer would “quit” after a few miles. But worked 5.0 when not connected to the internet. After trading emails with ICON Fitness Support I thought I had erred on my purchase. Last week, after talking to the Geeks at work, I got a new router (I had a really old one), and gave the X11I trainer priority with the internet connection and it’s been awesome. And for the past week and a half, I have done all my running on the trainer (about 50 miles total).

Best Treadmill Ever
Great machine and wonderful workouts! Takes a little time to learn the ins and outs of iFit, but really motivates you. Able to cut time with Trainer to just weights. Recommend this machine to anyone who is serious about training and wants a real workout. Thank you!

I love this thing!!
First, I need to say that one month before we got this, we purchased a name brand top of the line treadclimber...What a mistake that was! It was way overpriced, not made in the USA and made for an inflexible workout as it required full-on physical output all the time. And lets face it, sometimes we just don't want to work so hard but still want to get a workout. Our X11I is awesome! I can have as gentle or as hard a walk/run as I want, depending on my mood. Because of this, I find I am on it nearly every day. It is very well made, quiet and the iFit membership is a must as it keeps the walk/run interesting. We program routes from all over the world and it's like being there...It is so much fun to walk/run with the X11I and iFit. My husband uses it, and he rarely walked before as he has bad knees. The Refelx Cushioning saves my knees, too. I could never run outside as the impact was too harsh, but I can run on this. We are 55 & 58 yrs old and are feeling better and better as we use our X11I. We are both very impressed and happy that this machine exceeds our expectations.
on Feb 26, 2013
Meets both my husband and my needs. He's 6'5" and athletic - I want to control my weight. I use the iFit and love the motivation it provides.

Love this Incline treadmill!
The incline burns calories like crazy. I"m a very active healthy 61 yo and this machine is great. Mostly I walk always 25-40% incline. I even run a little and am amazed no knee pain with the belt cushion system. I do have a couple of complaints, the belt slides a little to one side or the other. I've tried adjusting, probably need to do more. The other issue is it doesn't work well or at all for my husband. He is 375 pounds and needs it greatly. When he gets on it either bogs down or just stops. It says its good to 400 but I think not. So if your in the upper weight limits think twice.

This X11i is great! Very happy with the machine.
This trainer is the answer to "cant get outside to run" and more.

More than I thought it would be!
Very impressed with this machine. It makes working out more fun with the IFit.

Delivery and Set Up is a Nightmare
This very expensive purchase has turned into a nightmare. I paid for the delivery and full assembly of the treadmill at my home. On 06 May, three weeks after my order, I was scheduled to receive my treadmill. Instead, I received a call from the delivery company saying that the treadmill was not on the loading dock. I then received an automated voicemail that my delivery would be rescheduled. Three days later, I again received an automated email dictating that my delivery was rescheduled for 17 May. My many attempts to verify what the problem is with delivery of this item have resulted in no confidence that I will actually receive my treadmill on 17 May. Be very cautious before paying the high prices for this product and services. I am at the point where I regret this purchase altogether and wish I would have just stuck with visiting the local gym.

Best home unit I've ever used
Impressive unit. I've had it for about 2 weeks now. Set it up myself, with no problem. It is heavy, so get help to move it. Also very important to level the machine. Mechanics work well, both speed and elevation. Easy to connect to wifi. Little hiccup with iFit membership was resolved with one phone call to the help line. The touch screen is nice but a little slow and sometimes it is hard to use it while in motion. The heart-rate monitor works well. The online workouts are challenging and varied, and the design-your-own route feature with downloadable maps and automatic terrain adjustment is pretty neat. The heart rate monitor on the handle grip is useless. The demo mode is annoying, but you can work around it. They are VERY persistent with the warranty, suggesting that either they don't trust the product and they really think people need it, or the make a good product and lots of extra money from the warranty sales. I'm not disappointed at all, and I'm enjoying working the X11i into my exercise program.

So far so good. We purchased the treadmill with the full install package. Very satisfied with the installers. Have had limited time using the treadmill but so far meeting or exceeding all expectations.

Treadmill great...ifit a joke
This treadmill delivers when it works. Claims that it works with ifit should be taken with a word of caution. The ifit program needed to utilize all the features listed on this website is a joke. It does not work as claimed and I would caution at this time againt purchasing the ifit membership. The program is seriously flawed and over half the time I can't connect to the server. The majority of the ifit features do not work and you are stuck utilizing the preloaded programs. There are only 2 HD videos and no other videos available for download.
Because this machine requires ifit to meet its full potential and meet all the advertised claims of this machine I am giving it three stars.
The treadmill has worked great by itself. The incline is awesome and really gets the job done. Has been much better for my knees. It is a beast. Was pretty easy to put together. Took about 4 hours with both my husband and myself.

was disappointed after spending so much money for top of the line equipment that it was missing 2 parts...and I am the one suppose to contact them to let them know...How rude. They should have already been sending me the missing parts....

Treadmill...AMAZING!! iFit...not so much...
We've had this machine for a couple of months now, and the workouts have been INCREDIBLE! I have never burned 500, yes, FIVE hundred, calories in 20 minutes! Not even while doing an Insanity workout. The first 20 minutes of that were spent warming up! I have four kids(and homeschool them), so I don't have time for hour long workouts anymore. THIS thing gives me THE BEST workout EVER...I love it! The 2-year iFit membership, that we paid $200 for, not loving it too much. It doesn't work half the time(it "can't find the server," although our wireless router is, maybe 6ft from the treadmill=/)Or sometimes I'll finish the workout and go to the iFit website to check out my stats, and they didn't get recorded. I end up having to write down all my workout stats and manually entering them in to the website. Sort of defeats the whole purpose of the membership. I usually just use the "Set a Goal" option, input the amount of calories I want to burn, and manually adjust the speed/incline throughout my workout. Again, this sort of defeats the whole purpose of the iFit and all the "hype" promoting it. Not worth it...just get the treadmill!

LOVE my X11i Incline Trainer
I bought my X11i from Nordic Track and had it shipped. It came sooner than expected and was shipped with a very dependable shipping company who did inside delivery. We put it together in about 2 hours without a lot of problems. I've worked out on it 6 times since receipt and could not be happier with the machine. It is truly a quality piece of equipment and performs as expected. I bought the IFit 2 year membership. The IFit workouts are kind of confusing to analyze prior to starting them, but the good thing is I can set the incline and speed manually to adjust the workout then repeat it with my modifications. I do like the tracking feature. I plan on keeping this machine indefinitely. It is very enjoyable to work out on whether using it as a regular treadmill or at a steeper incline or decline. The 6% decline really feels good to my body as a cool down.

Hoping to give 5 STARS soon
Only one star so far because......I have not had the pleasure of using it yet. However, I anticipate loving the treadmill. Sadly, even though NordicTrack shipped promptly, your delivery/assembly associates are less prompt. I have made 4-5 calls but still unable to get an appointment for delivery and assembly. Maybe you can make this happen?

I love all the different settings for the X11i Incline Trainer. The only thing I wish the treadmill was supplied with would be a way to play movies off of a portable hard drive. Why have a USB port connection if you can't use it? I was told the USB port was used only by the programmers of the X11i.

Good and Bad
1. Deliverywas very slow and late
2. Assembly was really difficult and harder than a workout.
3. Ifit came with no directions. I ordered and have no idea what I received for a 2 yr subscription I paid for.
4. Have yet to get the maps to work
1. Very solid piece of equipment.
4. Pre-set programs are pretty good
All in all great piece of equipment but the "bells and whistles" that are neat for motivation seem to be a waste.

I want to buy it
This is not a review about the X11i, although i am inlove with it. I will like to get it though, but I think it is a little too expensive $2, 299.00. Does anybody knows when they will lower the price on that particular treadmill?? when is the best time to buy it???? Thank you so much I will appreciate if anybody can help me with the info.

Really good and versatile machine
So far, this machine delivers as promised. If it holds up as it should, I would not be hesitant to recommend this product to anyone.
The incline feature works well, and the preprogrammed workouts are nice as well.

Incliner works beautifully - iFit does not
Very happy with the NordicTrack itself. It was simple to put together and my wife loves it. However the iFit is very difficult to work with. Some of the fonts are way too small to read and I'm near-sighted. I have no trouble with small lettering. The programs don't run well. See forum comments about that. It's useless as far as I'm concerned.
on Oct 30, 2013
The bad: I can't give it a 5 star rating just because the setup is difficult. You are supposed to pull the cable up through the right arm. They put a very long bread tie through it and you can tie it to the cable, but there are many obstacles in the way as you pull it though making it very difficult to pull up. I spent well over an hour trying to pull it up the leg. In the end it took a cable snake, the bread twisty tie and a long skinny screw driver. I can say, I'll never take it a part again.
The good: Well the unit is rock solid and extremely quite for a treadmill. While we still have to turn the TV volume up, it's not so high that it interrupts anyone in another room with the door shut. The cushion system is nice and there's no fatigue walking/running on it. The incline is insane. I tried 30%, but couldn't stay with it very long. I'll have to work up to that level. The Google Maps Street View is a nice addition and helps keep your mind occupied while you're working out.
Other Reviewers Negativity: So before I bought it, I read several reviews. In fact, I think I read them all.
1. "Shipping problems" I cannot complain about the shipping. First off, it was free. How can you complain about something you didn't pay for? I got it 1 week after I ordered it. I did have a problem with the shipping company not wanting to keep their appointment, but after complaining to the manager and NordicTrack, they did finally bring me the unit at 7pm. That's a shipping company problem, not NordicTrack. After contacting NordicTrack, they did tell me that they are changing shipping companies.
2. "Running on an incline will break the incline motor" I'm a pretty big boy (230lbs), hence the need for an incline trainer. I ran on it while it was inclined 10%. It still works, but I bought the extended warranty just in case I break it.
3. "Android tablet is not a full version of Android." Ya, so? I wasn't expecting it to be. I have an Android tablet. If I need it, I'll put it in the tray and use it. The NordicTrack Android flavor works fine for what it is. I had to user issues. 1, I didn't put in the safety magnet and it just loops a video about iFit. 2, At first I couldn't update the software, but I didn't try turning it off and back on. I was able to update after a reboot.
4. "Price is high" I didn't think so. Especially since I looks at just about every machine there was. I'd say it was priced rather low. Even after getting iFit for 3 years, the longest extended warranty, and the mat, I still only paid $3000.
I'd highly recommend this machine based on 1 months' use. My wife and I have worked out on it for an hour every other day since setting up. No issues and it works great.

Looking to step up our exercise program, we greatly love our investment in the X11i Incline Trainer.
Replaced a 10yr old traditional treadmill and now look forward to exercising.
Everything expected and then some!
Delivery came about 2 weeks after placing the order and took me about 1 1/2 hrs to put together - piece of cake!

so far , so good
I like the machine very much so far , although I've only had it for about 2 months. It is VERY smooth and quiet . It has had an issue with the belt straying off center , despite tightening which does make it rub .
Overall,I'm pleased .I will recommend it or not within 6 wks
Also it is Very solid and appears to very well built .
